From Nagatacho Station:
- Exit 9a (elevator/escalator to 4F) or Exit 9b (stairs).
- Walk straight along Prince Street for about 3 minutes (250 meters).
- You will see a FamilyMart on your left; the Toshi Center Hotel (都市センターホテル) will be on your right.
How To Go To the Symposium Venue
The Toshi Center Hotel is located in the heart of Tokyo, three minutes from the Nagatacho and Kōjimachi subway stations. Nagatacho, part of Chiyoda Ward, is the location of the Imperial Palace as well as the National Diet building.
From Narita International Airport:
By Train
- Make your way to the JR Narita International Airport Train Station.
- Get a ticket for the Narita Express Train to Tokyo Station. The train ride takes about an hour.
- Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line. Take the "Clockwise" train bound for Shibuya/Shinjuku. Get off at JR Yurakucho Station.
- Upon arrival at JR Yurakucho Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line. Take the train from Platform 2. Get off at Nagatacho Station.
- Take Exit 9B and walk straight for about 3 minutes. Toshi Center Hotel will be on your right-hand side.
By Bus
- Make your way to the Airport Limousine Bus Station.
- Get a ticket for the limousine bus bound for Central Tokyo. The bus ride takes about two hours.
- Get off at Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho Bus Stop.
- After getting off, you can see the Toshi Center Hotel across from the bus stop.
From Haneda International Airport:
By Train
- Make your way to the Tokyo Monorail Haneda International Airport Station.
- Take the train bound for Hamamatsucho Station. Get off at Hamamatsucho Station.
- Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line. Take the "Counter-Clockwise" train bound for Tokyo/Ueno. Get off at JR Yurakucho Station.
- Upon arrival at JR Yurakucho Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line. Take the train from Platform 2. Get off at Nagatacho Station.
- Take Exit 9B and walk straight for about 3 minutes. Toshi Center Hotel will be on your right-hand side.
By Bus

What to Wear & Bring
Delegates should prepare formal wear for their presentations.
This entails suits for men and a suit or suit dress for women. Traditional clothing is permitted.
Jeans, athletic shoes, sneakers, boots, and sandals are not permitted.

- Please contact us if you have not received any participation details within 7 days before the Online Day set for each symposium.
- A certificate will only be given if the participant attends both days.
